Zhejiang UGOO Technology Co., Ltd., established in April 2017 in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, is a research and manufacturing base of aerogel ultra-insulation materials in China.

Established in April 2017, Zhejiang UGOO Technology Co., Ltd. Was founded with a registered capital of RMB 60 million yuan, covering a land area of over 16.5 acres, and headquartered in Yiwu High-tech Development Zone, Zhejiang. The total investment into the aerogel project is RMB 800 million yuan, and with the production of aerogel insulation felt reaching 4 million square meters annually, we have become the industry leader in China with strong technical strength, and first-class equipment and facilities. Aerogel is a nano-new material obtained by colloidal formation of nanostructures by colloidal particles or polymer molecules, and then replacing the liquid in the pores of the gel with a gas by a special drying process while maintaining the collapse of the gel skeleton structure.

As a new type of nano-product, aerogel has been widely used in aerospace, naval vessels, high-speed railway, new energy vehicles, electric power, petrochemical industry, solar thermal, construction sites and other related fields.

Aerogel′s unique three-dimensional mesh porous structure allows it to have not only low thermal conductivity, but also characteristics such as sound absorbtion, noise reduction, compression and impact resistance, A-class fire protection, and overall hydrophobicity. As a result, aerogel has become the best solid thermal insulation material in the world thus far.

The UG550 series offers high-temperature compatible products with a recommended operating temperature range of 250oC~ 550oC. With an outstanding performance of high temperature insulation, the series is mainly used for insulation of the high temperature pipelines and equipment in oil refining, petrochemical industry, power industry, nuclear energy, metallurgy, solar energy and other related fields.

The UG450 series offers medium-temperature compatible products with an optimum operating temperature range of -100oC ~ 400oC. The series is mainly used for insulation of medium and low-temperature pipelines and equipment.

The UG200S series offers products with ultra-low thermal conductivity for cold insulation. The recommended operating temperature range is -200 oC~100 oC. The series is mainly used for cold preservation in the recommended fields such as refrigerators, cold storages, LNG storage and transportation.

The UG450T series offers medium-temperature compatible products with an optimum operating temperature range of -100oC ~ 400oC. The series is mainly used for insulation and fire protection in new energy vehicles, high-speed railway, subways and other related fields.
